Alex is one of the co-founders of Castle Rock Nutrition and a friendly face you’re almost guaranteed to see behind the bar. He moved to Castle Rock in 2018 to open CRN with his sister, Amanda, and they’ve been proudly serving the community ever since. Along the way, Castle Rock became even more special when he met his wife, April, right here in town!

Alex is passionate about health, connection, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. His energy is contagious, and he’s usually the one with the biggest smile in the room. When he’s not mixing up shakes or chatting with customers, you’ll find him eating. (shoutout to April — she’s an amazing chef!)
