What are your business hours? / When are you open?

We are open Monday through Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We are closed on Sundays to recharge.

We are conveniently located near the heart of downtown Castle Rock at 514 Perry St. B 100, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104.


Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot just north of our storefront with free parking as well as street parking. 


Can I order ahead of time?

Yes! You can order ahead of time by calling our phone: 720.512.1814.


Can I order to go?

Absolutely. All of our shakes and teas are available to-go—perfect for busy mornings or post-workout fuel on the move.


Do you offer delivery?

We currently do not offer delivery, but we’re happy to help you order ahead for a quick and easy pick-up.


Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! Every time you purchase a combo, you earn 1 point. Once you collect 10 points, you’ll receive 50% off your next combo!


What makes a meal-replacement shake a meal-replacement? 

Our shakes combine 24g of plant-based protein, 21 vitamins & minerals, 200 calories, and balanced macros—making them a complete meal, not just a protein boost.


How much protein is in each shake?

Each shake includes 24 grams of high-quality protein, designed to keep you full and support muscle health.


Are your shakes diet-friendly? (Do you have vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and/or keto options?)

Yes! We have protein options for any preference. Many of our shakes are plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, and non-GMO. We also offer shakes suitable for vegans. 


What is included in the 3-part meal system?

Our 3-part system includes a meal-replacement shake, a metabolism-boosting tea, and an aloe shot for digestion—designed to work together for optimal wellness.


How many calories are in your shakes?

Our shakes are around 200 calories each, perfectly balanced with protein, carbs, and healthy fats to keep you energized and satisfied.


Can I host an event at your shop?

Yes! We love community events. Reach out to us to inquire about hosting a health-focused event or small gathering at our shop.


Can I hire you to provide shakes for an event? / Do you cater?

We do! Ask about our Shake Drop service—we can provide shakes for offices, events, and local gatherings.


Do you have seasonal options?

Yes! We feature seasonal shake and tea combos throughout the year—watch our socials or visit us to see what’s new.


Can I customize my shake?

Certainly! You can add or swap ingredients like extra protein, type of protein, collagen, probiotics, creatine, BCAA's, or flavor boosts to make your shake your own.


Can I order Herbalife products?

Yes! We offer Herbalife products for at-home use, as well as a 5 Day Challenge designed to kickstart your health journey with convenient nutrition, coaching, and community support.


Do you have a coaching program?

Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes! CRN gift cards are a perfect way to treat a friend or family member to a healthy, delicious shake. You can purchase a physical gift card in-store or send an e-gift card directly from our website.
