As co-owner of CRN, Amanda brings her deep passion for nutrition, fitness, and all things wellness into everything she does.

When she’s not mixing up your favorite shake combo, you’ll likely find her lifting weights, running trails, swimming, biking — or doing all four. She’s also the creative force behind CRN’s delicious seasonal flavors and fun specials, always dreaming up new ways to keep things fresh and exciting.



A true Colorado girl at heart, Amanda loves soaking up the sunshine and being outside any chance she gets. And her favorite companion for those outdoor adventures? Her pup, Jeffy — who definitely has a special place in the CRN family too.
